Delivery and Returns Policies

We offer a next working day delivery, next day delivery before 12pm and Saturday delivery. Please note next day delivery before 12pm and Saturday delivery incur an additional charge and do not qualify for free delivery. 

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

All orders received before 2pm UK time Monday to Friday are despatched the same day, excluding English bank holidays. Orders received after 2pm, or on a weekend or bank holiday, will be despatched the next working day.

We currently use DPD for delivery.

Christmas and New Year Delivery - Orders must be placed by 2pm on 23rd December 2021 for pre Christmas delivery. Please note orders between 23rd Dec and 4th Jan will take a few days longer to arrive. Normal delivery will resume 4th Jan 2022. 

Returns

If you would like to return any items we are happy to provide a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All goods returned must be in a resaleable condition with the original packaging. We may not be able to offer a full refund unless this is the case.
