I am a Retailer. Can I view Trade prices online?

Of course! Susino supplies umbrellas to both retail and trade customers. Upon first glance our site is a retail one, however, if you click LOG IN/REGISTER you have the option to register as a standard retail user or a Trade Customer. Once your registration is received we will then verify your Trade Account and you will have access to Trade discounts, pricing and offers allowing you to buy umbrellas in bulk!

How do I redeem a voucher code?

Voucher codes are entered into the Redeem Coupon box on the checkout page (Just beneath your order summary).

I've lost my umbrella sleeve, do you sell replacements?

Unfortunately, we do not supply replacement umbrella sleeves.

What do the numbers next to the umbrella name mean?

The numbers indicate that items stock code. This is for our reference for when we send out the goods.

What is the difference between a mini and a compact umbrella?

A compact umbrella is a term used for a foldable umbrella. The mini and supermini is simply a smaller version of a compact.
