We design and manufacture a wide range of umbrellas and are developing our two brands; Susino and X-Brella. As our business is growing rapidly, we are seeking a new sales executive to join our growing team on a full-time basis.

Sales Administrator

Job Role - On a day to day basis, this role will carry the following responsibilities:

  • To play an active part in our sales team and assist in the growth of the business by contributing to the sales strategy of the business;
  • Taking responsibility for assisting the sales team to achieve targets;
  • Assisting with account management - assisting the sales team in nurturing and growing existing and new accounts; This will involve some assistance with customer requirements, producing sales proposals, following up on proposals and "closing the sale";
  • To attend and assist at all Trade Fairs throughout the year;
  • Share responsibility of office management including general administrative duties;
  • Research new product areas and work as part of the team in the selection of new designs for the UK market;
  • Be prepared to travel to meet with current and potential customers throughout the UK;

 Skills:

  • Should have had some experience with business-to-business sales/administration;
  • Computer literate: Microsoft Office, email essential; SAGE accounts experience would be an advantage but not necessary;
  • Adobe Photoshop/Corel Draw skills essential;
  • Excellent customer service skills and demonstrable experience;
  • Keen eye for attention to detail;
  • Articulate and good telephone manner;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Job Specification:

  • Salary c. £16-£18K (Based on experience and performance);
  • Uncapped commission on sales;
  • Office based - travel allowance for business meetings & trade shows,
  • Full training will be provided;
  • 20 day annual leave.

B2B Sales Executive

Job Role - On a day to day basis, this role will carry the following responsibilities:

  • Driving profit performance in line with and exceeding business targets;
  • Account management - nurturing and growing existing accounts;
  • Actively seeking new business and using strong sales skills to secure and manage new accounts of all varieties; This will involve discussing customer requirements, producing sales proposals, following up on proposals and "closing the sale";

Skills:

  • Should have had some experience as a business-to-business Sales Executive, preferably with a proven record of consistent on-target sales figures;
  • Have experience in international B2B trading, with preferable sales experience in the UK wholesale market
  • Computer literate: Microsoft Office, email essential; SAGE accounts experience would be an advantage but not necessary;
  • Excellent customer service skills and demonstrable experience;
  • UK Driving Licence essential;

 Job Specification:

  • Salary c. £20K-25K (Based on experience and performance);
  • Uncapped commission on sale + Sales target bonus
  • Office based - travel allowance for business meetings & trade shows,
  • Full training will be provided;

eCommerce & Online Marketing Executive

Susino UK Ltd is a modern, successful umbrella brand and manufacturer, established in the UK in 2007. Our business is built around providing our customers with a great quality umbrella at a competitive price in a range of fashionable designs.

The UK umbrella market is expanding significantly,  and following the brands continued success, we are now looking for a bright, creative eCommerce & Online Marketing Executive to develop and deliver the digital marketing plan across key channels, generating a tangible online presence for this up-and-coming brand in order to meet their exciting growth objectives. 

The role will be reporting in to the director and working closely with the internal sales team. 

Main duties & responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for driving customer experience, conversion, traffic acquisition and customer retention 
    Implementing the Brand Visual Identity; interpreting it along with the tone of voice for long term growth and development 
  • Managing SEO/PPC/CMS, Paid Social Media and Email marketing channels and supporting agencies.
  • Ensuring all digital communication is consistent, cohesive and appropriate for the Brand.
  • Analysing and reporting weekly website sales and revising strategic output and any supporting
  • promotional activity based on performance 
  • Ensuring the site look and feel is consistent with the brand and is constantly evolving to keep pace with competitors and maximise sales
  • Managing external marketing; affiliates, social marketing, press, special projects.
  • Responsible for online visual merchandising and overseeing site content 
  • Management of of all eCommerce shoots and production 
  • Oversee projects with external web developer and digital marketing agencies 

Essential Skills

  • Marketing experience
  • Google AdWords Certification preferable
  • Experience working on Microsoft ecommerce module preferable
  • High level of computer proficiency
  • Adobe Photoshop/Corel Draw skills essential
  • Keen eye for attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills and demonstrable experience
  • Articulate and good telephone manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Sage Accounts preferable
